We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

  1. SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each item from our catalog is made exclusively by order. The production time of the order is approximately 15 working days, but the time may vary depending on the availability of fabric/production capacity of the factory. When your order is ready for shipment, we will notify you by email (or any other available method). Delivery of the order is carried out by courier services, according to the terms and tariffs of the service. Delivery terms and fees depend on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays in production or shipping processes. We will inform our customers in case of significant delays.

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As our products are made to order, we cannot offer cash refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, we offer the following options:

  1. Exchange Option: You have the right to exchange your product for another item from our catalog within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Store Credit: Instead of an exchange, you may choose to receive store credit for the value of the product. This credit can be used for future purchases and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The following conditions apply to all return and exchange requests:

  • The request must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in new and unused condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • The return shipment must be made using an insured shipping service with a tracking number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request if:

  • There are any signs of use or wear on the product.
  • Any parts of the product are missing.
  • The 15-day period has been exceeded.

Customers should carefully read product descriptions, size information, and other details before placing an order. We are not responsible for incompatibilities resulting from incorrect choices.

We guarantee that our products meet high quality standards. We offer a limited warranty against material and workmanship defects for 30 days from the delivery date. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse.
