At GodBlessDress, we aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible and in the best condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Production Time

  • Each product is custom-made to order.
  • Standard production time is approximately 15 business days.
  • Production time may vary depending on fabric availability and factory production capacity.

2. Shipping Process

  • We will send you an informational email once your order has been sent to production.
  • When your product is ready for shipment, we will notify you via email (or any other available method).
  • Your order will be shipped through our contracted courier services.

3. Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Below are the estimated delivery times for different countries:

  • 3-5 days: Poland, Moldova
  • 5-8 days: Lithuania, Germany, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic
  • 6-10 days: Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden
  • 7-11 days: Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, France, Croatia, Cyprus, North Macedonia, Bosnia an Herzegovina 
  • 9-11 days: Greece, Albania, Norway, Montenegro, Switzerland, Turkey, Serbia, Malta, Monaco, Luxembourg, Cyprus
  • 12-14 days: Great Britain, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Spain
  • 8-12 days: USA, Canada, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Israel, Mexico, Georgia, Azerbaijan 
  • 10-15 days: Colombia
  • 12-18 day: Saudi Arabia

The exact shipping fee will be communicated to you at the checkout stage.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not obligated to provide advance notice about these additional costs.

4. Order Tracking

  • When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier's website using this tracking number.

5. Delivery Delays

  • The stated delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays in production or shipping processes.
  • We will inform our customers in case of significant delays.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt.
  • In case of any damage or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours.
  • For products lost or damaged during shipping, we will initiate necessary procedures with the shipping company.

7. Address Changes

  • You can change your address before your order is shipped.
  • Address changes may not be possible after the order has been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Since our products are made to order, customers can cancel their order only within the first 24 hours after placing it.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

9. Return Shipping Fees

  • For returns and exchanges, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
